Oh my heart… it’s aching a bit after watching this video of 11 year old Josie Zetz being walked down a makeshift aisle by her dying dad…
Jim Zetz, 62, has stage IV pancreatic cancer, which means he might not see her next birthday, much less her wedding. Unfortunately, many of us — me included — will never be able to experience that special moment with our dads… maybe that is why I find this is so touching… I kinda wish I would have had such a special “daddy-daughter” ceremony.
Watch:
What a day… complete with a wedding cake, presents and a ring placed on Josie’s finger by dad. It won’t replace the real thing when time comes, but what an amazing experience & a healing moment to come to terms with what is happening with her dad… ❤

heart waming, couldn’t stop crying, this is such a beautiful gift a father could give his daughter a day she will never forget and always cherish….
It’s the most beautiful thing I have ever seen. Made me cry.
My dad also was not alive when I got married. Boy I missed him & Mom!
Maybe by the time this little girl gets married technology could hologram her dad walking her down the aisle by using this video. Some might think that morbid, but I would have loved to have hologram Mom & Dad at my wedding rather than just a charm of their photo in my bouquet.
Prayers go up for this little girl and her loved ones.
So touching ! Made me cry, how beautiful, and the same time very sad… Prays for the family…
Am I the only one that thinks this is super creepy?
