Dirty Dancing spawned huge hits from its soundtrack and who isn’t a diehard fan of the ’80s flick & Patrick Swayze getting down and dirty and bumping and grinding with a pre-nose job Jennifer Grey!?
Well, the film/soundtrack will get a bit of a boost this fall as the writers of the songs “(I’ve Had) The Time of My Life” and “Hungry Eyes” are releasing the original demos of the songs on September 8 — six days before the one year anniversary of Swayze’s passing.A portion of all proceeds from the sales will go to The Patrick Swayze Pancreas Cancer Research Fund.
Ahhhhh I still dream of dirty dancing with Patrick (yes… we are on a first name basis!)
