How creative!

A man in Tokyo was so desperate to find housing that he rented a parking spot and proceeded to build a three story house!!!

 

The rooms are extremely tiny but so luxurious that the house is now worth $500,000. How crazy is that?!

 

There has been no word on whether or not the man is going to sell the house for a larger one. Rent must be cheap — a 3 story house and you only need to pay a parking fee! haha
