Here is a trick for grocery shopping that will lead to healthier eating: designate a part of your shopping cart specifically for fruits and vegetables!
Researchers from New Mexico State University used a strip of duct tape to make a line through the middle of shopping carts in a local grocery store. They also posted a sign on each cart that recommended that fruits and vegetables be placed on one side of the line.

So you are not saving money, but you are making healthier choices!! Bring that duct tape to the grocery store next time!!
