William Caldwell decided to dress up as an elf, visit the local mall and threaten Santa with dynamite! Well, after evacuating the mall, they discovered that there was no dynamite, but he still did it! lol He is being detained with charges of having a hoax device (2 bags full of santa and elf hats) and uttering terrorist threats!!!
He’s definitely on the naughty list!
