Apparently, 1 in 4 women hate the way their husband proposed!!
A new study has found that 26% of brides-to-be said that they wished the moment had been more romantic, original or personal. Others would have preferred it to be more private or complained that it was too over-the-top, and 1/3 said that the biggest faux pas was proposing without a ring! Who does that?!?! Guys–you need a ring to propose! Come on!!!!!!
The poll of 3,000 men and women also revealed some insight into men’s attitudes to popping the question:
– 3/4 of male respondents said that they planned the entire proposal without any help;
– 1/2 admitting that they would never share their plan to propose before the moment itself;
– 30% admitting that they refused to bring a second opinion to the jeweler.
