Amazing!

If you would have asked me as a kid what I wanted to be when I grew up, I would have answered a doctor… and a photographer for National Geographic!

I remember when I first looked at a National Geographic — I must have been 3 as I asked my mom to take off my swimming floaters to go to the bathroom. The magazine was open on a page that had pictures of monkeys falling asleep in snowy waters… I was mesmerized!

I think it is the one magazine that just surpasses all when it comes to the photos — just looks at these incredible shots of a cave found in Vietnam.

The cave is perhaps the world’s largest cave — so big that it has its own river and jungle. Vietnam’s Hang Son Doong cave in the Annamite Mountains even has its own thin clouds, could hold a block of skyscrapers in place, and its end can’t be seen. It’s part of a network of 150 caves in central Vietnam, a country that’s home to some of the world’s most spectacular caves.

I love National Geographics… I still want to be a photographer with them!
